Chapel Kids welcomed some lovely visitors this week. Claire and Sally from the Co-op Conmunity team!

Sally said "It was wonderful to sit alongside the mums and children and plant up mint and beans with them."

The Community Gardening is going very well at The Chapel for 2023. Luke and his team have done lots of clearing, and #ChapelKids have been very busy planting edibles each week.

The planting at The Chapel is for the long term. All the new plants are perennials that will keep growing and keep coming back each year. The planting is forest garden style, with all the layers being added one by one. Make sure you have a look next time you're here!
