Harvest Gifts for local Food Parcels

Autumn is here! What a wonderful time of year, where we celebrate creation and give thanks for the harvest.

The local Food Parcels project (joint project between the Ash, Ash Vale and Ash Green Coronavirus Support Group and St Marys church) has been operating from The Chapel for about 18 months now, and we are so glad to be able to support this wonderful work.

We are delighted that St Marys will be passing on their Harvest Festival donations to local families via the food parcels project again this year. If you would like to donate, you can take donations to St Marys on 10th Oct for the 10:30 Harvest Festival service, or pop in to donate any time the Chapel is open. (See events listings for opening times) you can also contact us on 07730 609446 to arrange to drop off a donation at other times.

The photo is of some lovely donations from 1st Ash Vale Beavers, received at St Mary’s on Sunday - thank you all so much, these are wonderful!

What an amazing community we live in. Thank you for your support!

PS - if you would prefer to donate financially, St Mary’s have set up a ‘Give a Little’ page for Food Parcel Project donations here: https://givealittle.co/campaigns/7a47190c-ad4e-4cf9-8662-da844101a41c Please Gift Aid if you can, it makes all the difference! Thank you.
