Help is at hand, and it's right here on the doorstep in Ash Vale.


CAP’s Life Skills sessions will show you: ·How you can save money on food and energy bills ·Where your money goes and how to make sure you spend on the things that matter to you ·How to talk about money at home and take the pressure off yourself We are offering a course locally at The Chapel in Ash Vale for 6 weeks on Tuesdays 1pm-2.30pm. Starting Tues 18th April 2023. Venue: The Chapel Project, Wharf Rd, Ash Vale, GU12 5AY (Near the doctors). Hot drinks and snacks provided. Chapel Kids (baby & toddler group with lunch club)

Chapel Crafts (bring a project and natter as you craft)
