CAP’s Life Skills sessions will show you: ·How you can save money on food and energy bills ·Where your money goes and how to make sure you spend on the things that matter to you ·How to talk about money at home and take the pressure off yourself We are offering a course locally at The Chapel in Ash Vale for 6 weeks on Tuesdays 1pm-2.30pm.
