A big thank you to Ash and Ash Vale Co-op Members

Our Chapel Improvement and Redecoration Project is one of three local charities currently being supported by the Co-op Local Fund. To date, Co-op member shoppers have raised £1,552.59 to go towards giving the Chapel a fresh, cared-for feeling, improving storage facilities and ensuring all visitors will be welcomed by a warm and uplifting space.

Co-op members can choose to support a Local Community Fund by logging onto the Co-op’s website at www.coop.co.uk/membership. Each time they buy Co-op branded products and services, 1% of their spend goes towards the Local Community Fund and shared between the three supported local charities. We also benefit from the sale of carrier bags. This year's Local Community Fund closes in October, so there is still time to nominate us as your chosen charity if you have not already done so.

Funds like this from the Co-op Local Community Fund, raised by local people, are very much appreciated. Help us to make a space fit for purpose for everyone to use, and make us all feel proud of our Chapel!
